Martha Rybak
Martha Rybak has over 25 years in her role as Director of Human Resources. Most of Martha’s career has been in the mountain resorts of Aspen and Snowmass working in luxury hospitality. Martha has worked for the Ritz Carlton, Kansas City, The Ritz Carlton Aspen (now The St. Regis Aspen), The Ritz Carlton Aspen Highlands, The Hotel Jerome in Aspen and most recently The Viceroy Snowmass. Martha was the opening Human Resources Director for both the Ritz Carlton Aspen and Aspen Highlands, as well as the Viceroy Snowmass.
Martha has placed hundreds of candidates throughout her career. She has a genuine talent in identifying the right candidate for the job. Martha has a passion for meeting and getting to know each candidate she interviews and is dedicated in providing the right candidate for your company.
Martha earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kansas. She enjoys spending time with her two young adult sons, her husband Dave and friends hiking, biking or skiing.

Should your hotel experience sudden turnover or staffing voids as a result of hotel or management changes, maternity/medical leave, or hotel takeovers, we have a list of consultants ready to be placed.
Human Resource Consulting
Martha Rybak Consulting offers Human Resources consulting as well. We specialize in human resources support and services to smaller businesses. Our firm can assist businesses to increase employee morale, reduce turnover and ease them through the day to day issues regarding employee relations. A few of the services offered are; review and write policies on benefits, assist with writing colleague handbooks, job descriptions, auditing I-9 files, conducting interviewing skills workshops, developing legal interview questions, and proper reference checking. We can also devise a training seminar on any employee related issues your organization may require.
